Supporting ROC SALT
The ROC SALT Mission Center is a mission of the Presbytery of Genesee Valley. We seek to help alleviate poverty and injustice in the City of Rochester, serving alongside local partners and providing mission participants with opportunities to deepen their understanding of the root causes and lasting effects of systems of oppression.
Areas Where you can give
Programs of the ROC SALT Mission Center: your donations and program fees to the Mission Immersion Program help us develop great programming and a great facility.
South Wedge Food Program: the Food Program fights hunger right in our community. The emergency food cupboard is open three mornings each week, offering food to those in need. In season, the community garden helps supplement the diet of our clients with fresh vegetables.
The historic Sanctuary and Chapel:
Our sanctuary and chapel are part of a Rochester Historic Landmark, in an urban setting with a beautiful landscaping. The Friends of Historic Calvary St. Andrew's help ensure that our facility is preserved and is available for community and private events. Currently accepting donations by check or cash.
