Dance Like It’s 1700 – Rochester Early Music Festival

Josephine Gaeffke and Padraic Neville will perform French dances of 1700, including a minuet, a sarabande, and a theatre dance.  The Meryton Assembly Dancers will perform English country dances of the period to music as it was played at the time, and invite your participation.  Our baroque musicians are David McCarthy (harpsichord), Katie Fish (violin), Ruth Sklarsky (violin), David Trimbach (gamba), and Sara Kotz (viola).
