This beautiful Upjohn designed building was built in 1873. There have been many changes over the years, including a new entry at the Ashland St. entrance. The building is in pretty good shape for being about 145 years old. And like any old building, there is a never-ending list of to-do items, some large – some small.

  • painting (inside and out)
  • brick repair
  • window sash repairs
  • pew repairs
  • caulking
  • minor carpentry tasks
  • etc. etc. etc.

There are projects to fit any skill level, and and schedule. Contact us. Let’s sit and have a conversation about how you can help us preserve this beautiful building.
